September 9, 2026 — Denial Email Templates & Submission Receipts

Approval and denial notifications now use separate, individually editable email templates, delivered in a cleaner Flextensions-branded layout. Every student also receives a confirmation email as soon as an extension request is submitted.

February 27, 2026 — Better Late Due Date Support

Auto-extend the late due date by the same amount of time as the original extension when an extension is granted. This setting can be enabled or disabled by instructors.

November 15, 2025 — Gradescope Integration

Added support for Gradescope.

August 16, 2025 — Initial Release

Flextensions launched for the Fall 2025 semester! 🎉

• Students can log in via bCourses and view all their granted extensions in one place.
• Course staff can view and manage extension requests for all assignments in their course.
• Instructors can grant extensions to students with a few clicks.
• Automated email notifications are sent when extensions are granted.
• Slack notifications are supported for new extension requests.
